The annual general meeting of DOF Group ASA will be held on Thursday 23rd of May 2024 at 12:00 CEST.
The general meeting will be held digitally through Lumi. It will not be possible to attend in person. Registration of attendance must be received no later than 21st of May 2024 at 12:00 CEST. DOF is pleased to announce that Petrobras has awarded new long-term charter and service contracts to Norskan Offshore Ltda. and DOF Subsea Servicos Brasil Ltda, after a competitive tender process.
The vessel Skandi Amazonas (324 t BP) that was on the spot market is chartered for 3 years firm with 2 years mutually agreed option via Petrobras tender issued late in 2023, to operate as a AHTS 270t BP. Vessel is now in process to be adapted to Petrobras contract with expectations to be delivered by mid-May / mid-June 2024.
Skandi Rio (206 t BP), currently operating for Petrobras and equipped with DOF Subsea’s work class ROV, have been contracted for more 4 years firm + 1 year option with Petrobras, as a AHTS 180t BP + ROV, via the same tender as Skandi Amazonas. Contract commencement is planned within 3Q2024 in sequence to the current contract.
Both contracts will generate revenue beyond USD 192 M.

DOF Rederi AS has sold the 2011 built PSV, Skandi Gamma.
The vessel will be delivered to the new owners in April and DOF will continue as technical and commercial manager for the vessel.
Mons S. Aase, CEO DOF Group AS, says: "The sale of another PSV is in line with our long-term strategy to focus on the integrated subsea services and the short to medium term focus on optimising the combination of earnings and vessel values from our PSV fleet. With this sale the leverage of DOF Rederi AS is further reduced to approximately 1.5x NIBD/EBITDA using 2023 earnings".

On June 3, 2023, the Brazilian Federal Government published Law No. 14,611/2023, which established that any company with more than 100 employees would have to publish, every six months, starting in 2024, reports that demonstrate how the remuneration of men and women is composed percentages. This legislation aims to map the remuneration paid to men and women and especially the differences in salaries by gender, considering those employees who occupy the same position and perform the same function.
It is important to highlight that the information that makes up this report was taken by the Brazilian Federal Government itself from the E-social platform, and there is, therefore, no interference from companies in the preparation of these reports. The information presented is in percentages and there is no identification of employees or remuneration, in observance of the confidentiality of this type of information.
Thus, in compliance with the legislation and in compliance with the principle of transparency, DOF Subsea Brasil and Norskan are disclosing their respective reports.

Em 03 de junho de 2023, o Governo Federal publicou a Lei nº 14.611/2023, a qual estabeleceu que toda e qualquer empresa com mais de 100 funcionários teria que publicar, semestralmente, a partir do ano de 2024, relatórios que demonstrassem como estão compostos percentualmente as remunerações de homens e mulheres. A referida legislação tem por objetivo mapear as remunerações pagas a homens e mulheres e principalmente as diferenças de salários por gênero, considerando aqueles empregados que ocupam o mesmo cargo e exercem a mesma função.

As informações apresentadas são em percentuais e, não há identificação de funcionários ou remunerações, em observância a confidencialidade deste tipo de informação.
